About the Program

Are you ready to bring your knowledge from the classroom and make an impact on the global financial markets? Citi invites ambitious, innovative, and driven senior students to join our Markets Internship Program in Mexico. Our highly competitive Markets Internship Program is a 12-month immersive experience designed to give you a direct insight into the Markets world.

Starting in Fall 2026, you will join a dynamic team, receive supportive mentorship, and have the chance to make a real impact from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with expert professionals to influence and shape decisions that support our business.
  • Provide creative solutions to help individuals, companies, and governments solve their financial challenges.
  • Work with your peers and learn from a diverse range of skills.
  • Gain hands-on work experience and develop professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.
  • Take on real-world responsibilities that contribute to your team's success.

Areas of Opportunity within the Program Include:

  • Trading
  • Corporate & Government Markets Product Offering
  • Equities
  • Financial Institution Markets Product Offering

What We're Looking For

  • You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mexico and are in your final year, graduating in or around July 2027.
  • You have advanced proficiency in English.
  • You are intellectually curious, creative in your problem-solving, and determined to succeed.
  • You are a hard-working and diligent individual who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are confident and articulate in your oral and written communication.
  • You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
