Job Overview

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with various ETL tools such as Talend, PySpark, DataStage, In house build data pipeline or similar platforms.
  • Strong programming skills in Python/Java.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL, data concepts and database design principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) processes.
  • Familiarity with job scheduling tools and practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Mainframe is a significant advantage.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to define and articulate technical designs clearly.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 7-12 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
  • Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements


Education:
