Job Overview

The Digital Product Manager is a senior level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers
  • Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
  • Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
  • Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members
  • Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions
  • Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans
  • Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:

  • Bachelors degree/University degree. Masters degree preferred

- Working Environment: office setting, minimal travel required.
- Effort: minimal physical effort required.

- The role demands direct engagement with local clients and sales teams, deep knowledge of Brazilian regulations (BACEN), and real-time collaboration with local technology and operations teams.

- Manage local corporate client and sales demands across digital platforms solutions, including proficiency in CitiDirect, file-based solutions, host-to-host connectivity, and API integrations.

- Own the local digital platforms product roadmap, driving digital adoption and identifying product opportunities in close coordination with Sales, product partners and technology teams.

- Support client onboarding, RFP responses, and go-to-market activities.

- Champion the digitization agenda and serve as the local product voice in regional and global forums.

- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify AI-driven opportunities to enhance digital product capabilities, improve client experience, and support data-informed decision-making.
