Job Overview

This position is for an Intermediate Analyst within Citis Corporate Insurance and Risk Management function, a specialized unit that protects Citis global assets and continuity of business from fortuitous loss through risk analysis, financing, placement and administration of corporate insurance programs, and captive insurance company management.


Responsibilities:

  • Assists in protecting Citi's assets and continuity of business from fortuitous loss, through risk analysis/financing, placement and administration of corporate insurance programs (Property, Casualty, Int'l Casualty, D&O, Fidelity Bond, Marine, Cyber, etc.)
  • Contributes to insurance claims management, loss engineering and risk control.
  • Provides insurance and risk management advisory services to business units as appropriate.
  • Supports insurance program placement/renewal activities, as needed; including timely and accurate underwriting information gathering and analysis, policy and claims monitoring/ tracking and ongoing related business unit guidance.
  • Provides captive management support
  • Provides support on other risk management initiatives and/or projects as required.
  • Supports compliance activities in respect of internal policies/standards and applicable insurance regulations including internal compliance coordination, analysis, timely reporting and ongoing monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • CPCU and/or ARM designations a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel (PowerPoint and Access a plus)
  • 2-5 years relevant experience
