Job Overview

This role requires a deep understanding of clients 'industries, strong business development skills and close collaboration with product partners and regional / global coverage teams to deliver the full suite of banking solutions at Citibank.

The Banker is a senior relationship manager responsible for leading the strategic dialogue with key corporate clients, delivering integrated financial solutions and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role requires a holistic view of the clients business, combining deep industry knowledge with the ability to originate opportunities, while ensuring disciplined capital allocation and risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior Bankers to provide overall relationship management support
  • Own and develop senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive origination and cross-selling of Citis full product suite.
  • Lead the identification and execution of strategic opportunities across cash management, markets, lending and capital markets.
  • Coordinate internally with product partners to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions
  • Maintain strong oversight of risk, ensuring alignment with the firms credit and capital frameworks.
  • Provide strategic insights based on market trends, industry developments and client positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Corporate Banking with sreong client-facing exposure.
  • Solid understanding of banking products, capital markets and risk management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior relationship and drive commercial outcomes
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade finance and securities products

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
  • english fluency is required
  • cpa20 is required
