Job Overview

The Intern is an entry level position at Citi where the student will receive a foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in Citi. Interns are administrative and use this position as a start to their career. Assignments focus on attaining core competencies in any of the four core functions at Citi: Global Functions, Institutional Clients Group, Global Consumer Banking, Enterprise O&T

Responsibilities:

• Performs most basic, routine tasks/assignments
• Works under direct supervision with detailed procedures
• May service a very limited number of products/services
• Applies knowledge of routine work area procedures
• Completes standardized activities
• Exchanges basic information with other co-workers
• Resolves task related problems in straightforward situations
• Selects from a limited number of clearly defined options
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• GPA of 3.3 or above
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives
• Innovative and creative in solving problems
• Quick thinking and detail oriented

Education:

• Graduating with a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience or master degree the following year

ASESOR PREVISIONAL AFORE

El Asesor Previsional es un puesto responsable de asesorar de manera integral a sus clientes y prospectos y ofrecerles alternativas de acuerdo con sus necesidades, debe cumplir con los objetivos de asesora de productos y servicios financieros dentro de su distrito o ubicacin asignados en coordinacin con el equipo de asesores al consumidor ms amplio.

Funciones:
Prospeccin y bsqueda de clientes
Programacin de citas a travs de telemarketing
Asesora personalizada a clientes identificando sus necesidades
Seguimiento y cierre de venta
Abordar a clientes objetivo a travs de una propuesta de valor
Visitas a centros laborales
Desarrollar estrategias para el alcance de metas
Lograr o superar los objetivos del puesto y de la Empresa

Habilidades:
Facilidad de palabra y comunicacin
Experiencia y gusto por la asesora previsional
Proactivo con enfoque a resultados
Emptico
Orientacin de servicio
Tolerancia a la frustracin
Capacidad cognoscitiva
Experiencia en la promocin de servicios financieros
Experiencia en atencin y/o asesoras
Generacin de contactos
Redaccin

Requisitos:

• Bachillerato concluido comprobable con 1 ao de experiencia en venta consultiva en productos financieros o ventas en tiendas departamentales.
• Licenciatura trunca o terminada en reas econmico/administrativas con 3 o ms aos de Experiencia en alguna Afore y/o Asesora en productos financieros o ventas en tiendas departamentales.
• Recin egresado de Licenciatura en rea econmico administrativa e ingenieras, sin experiencia.

Mnimo 1 ao de experiencia en promocin y venta consultiva, deseable en productos financieros.
Deseable con 3 o ms aos de Experiencia en alguna Afore.
