Job Overview

The Community Dev Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development of content and training strategies that allow the continuous updating and consolidation of the educational offer through the promotion of the financial and economic culture between the different segments of the population.
• Coordinate the design and implementation of the educational strategies of the area for the promotion of the financial and economic culture.
• Coordinate the detection of needs, the design and implementation, as well as the social and educational approach to update and innovate the educational offer, according to the different segments of the population.
• Design and actuate the strategies and methodologies of classroom training, direct and in cascade to ensure the development of financial and economic skills in children, young people and adults, business people, entrepreneurs and organizations of civil society, in favor of their welfare.
• Design and/or validation of the content for materials, training and channels of knowledge offers to contribute to personal welfare, family and community.
• Design and consolidate models of intervention toward: children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs and business, collaborators and clients
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• Min 2-5 years of relevant experience

Education:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Objetivo del puesto

Contribuir a la implementacin de la estrategia de sostenibilidad de la institucin mediante el anlisis, monitoreo y reporte de los riesgos ambientales, sociales y climticos asociados a clientes, operaciones y portafolios, apoyando la incorporacin de estos factores en la toma de decisiones, el cumplimiento de la normativa interna y la adopcin de mejores prcticas en materia de sostenibilidad y gestin climtica.}

Principales responsabilidades

Gestin de riesgos ambientales, sociales y climticos

• Ejecutar evaluaciones de riesgos ambientales, sociales y climticos de clientes y operaciones conforme a las metodologas establecidas por la institucin.

• Analizar la exposicin de clientes, sectores y portafolios a riesgos climticos fsicos y de transicin.

• Aplicar herramientas de evaluacin, scorecards y metodologas de clasificacin de riesgos climticos.

• Identificar riesgos y oportunidades relacionados con factores ambientales, sociales y climticos que puedan impactar el perfil de riesgo o la estrategia de negocio.

• Monitorear peridicamente los resultados de los scores climticos y otros indicadores ASG de los clientes.

• Identificar variaciones relevantes en los perfiles de riesgo climtico y generar alertas cuando corresponda.

• Analizar tendencias sectoriales, regulatorias y de mercado relacionadas con riesgos climticos y sostenibilidad.

• Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos e indicadores utilizados para la gestin de riesgos climticos.

• Elaborar reportes peridicos para comits, rganos de gobierno y reas de negocio y riesgos.

• Consolidar informacin para atender requerimientos regulatorios, auditoras y revisiones internas.

• Apoyar la generacin de mtricas e indicadores relacionados con la gestin de riesgos climticos.

• Participar en la elaboracin de materiales ejecutivos para la Alta Direccin.

• Apoyar el diseo, implementacin y actualizacin de metodologas, procedimientos y herramientas de evaluacin de riesgos climticos.

• Participar en la definicin y calibracin de scores climticos, indicadores y variables proxy.

• Colaborar con las reas de Riesgos, Crdito, Negocio y Datos para fortalecer la incorporacin de factores climticos en los procesos institucionales.

Requisitos:

• Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Actuara,

  Economa,

  Finanzas,,

  Ingeniera Ambiental,

  Ingeniera Industrial, Ciencias Ambientales, Administracin, Relaciones Internacionales, carreras afines. (Necesario concluida).

• Deseable: especializacin o diplomado en sostenibilidad, cambio climtico, gestin de riesgos o finanzas sostenibles.

• Experiencia 2 a 4 aos de experiencia en alguna de las siguientes reas: Sostenibilidad corporativa, Riesgos ASG, Riesgos climticos, Finanzas sostenibles,Riesgo de crdito,Consultora de sostenibilidad.

• Conocimientos requeridos : Cambio climtico y sostenibilidad, Riesgos fsicos y de transicin, Riesgos ambientales y sociales. Principios de anlisis financiero y crdito,Interpretacin de informacin corporativa y sectorial.

• Manejo de :Excel avanzado, Power BI (deseable) y anlisis de bases de datos.

• Ingls intermedio alto.

NOTA: Preferente radicar en CDMX , ya que la vacantes estar en dicha ubicacin.
