Job Overview

The Ops Sup Analyst SAFE Act NRZ is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 SAFE Act NRZ serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquires, as needed
• Execute work assigned, including annual review certification and change requests
• Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact finding questions, following up on open items and helping with content approval
• Conduct needs assessment and update content or develop content related solutions according to business needs
• Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on help content and all other open items related to business including policy gaps and changes
• Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by requested due date
• Ensure consistent application of team process controls
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• This position requires the employee to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry ("Registry") and obtain a unique identifier from the Registry before engaging in mortgage loan originator activities, to maintain and renew that registration on an annual basis, to update registration information with the Registry on a timely basis, and to provide that unique identifier to consumers as required by applicable SAFE Act

Education:

• Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Desarrollar, optimizar y automatizar la generacin de reportes operativos para el negocio hipotecario, garantizando la precisin, oportunidad y relevancia de la informacin. Proveer anlisis detallado sobre la operacin y desempeo de los sistemas de originacin, facilitado la toma de decisiones estratgicas y tctica. Se requiere integracin de datos provenientes de diversas fuentes, aplicacin de metodologas analticas para la interpretacin de tendencias y la visualizacin efectiva de informacin, colaborando con distintas reas del negocio hipotecario. Contribuir en la automatizacin de la reportera, reduciendo tiempos de entrega y mejorando la confiabilidad de la informacin.

• Generacin y optimizacin de reportera operativa
• Automatizacin de procesos de reporteo
• Extraccin y limpieza de datos
• Monitoreo KPIs Operativos
• Anlisis de tendencia operativa
• Colaboracin con reas de negocio
• Mantener vigente la lista de distribucin de la reportera
• Entrega en tiempo y forma de la reportera acordada con las reas de negocio.
• Crear dashboards interactivos para facilitar el anlisis y la toma de decisiones
• Identificar patrones en los procesos de originacin mejorando la eficiencia y mitigando riesgos
• Escalar oportunamente desviaciones en los tiempos de ejecucin que impacten el crdito hipotecario
