Job Overview

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Perform applications systems analysis and programming activities. Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, and reporting control issues with transparency. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation. Six (6) years of experience must include: Architecting and optimizing MongoDB schema designs, and performing entity- and field-level, rule, and transformation metadata modeling; Implementing and benchmarking J2EE and Spring Boot microservices for metadata orchestration; Engineering applications by designing metadata-based workflow orchestration logic using MongoDB, and enabling runtime customization of maker-checker (dual-control) approval workflows through UI-driven RESTful APIs without code redeployment; Developing dynamic business rules, including validations, transformations, and rule-based triggers using Spring Expression Language (SpEL) prior to committing data to the master record; Resolving and debugging complex, high-impact system integration issues; and Leading and executing technical project delivery while applying PMP and Scrum Master best practices to successfully deliver significant application enhancements and new features. 40 hrs./wk.
