Castleton Commodities International (CCI) is a leading global commodity trading and investment firm headquartered in Stamford, CT. We are seeking a motivated Investor Relations Associate to join our Investor Relations & Corporate Communications team. This role offers meaningful exposure across the organization and the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior professionals in Finance, Risk, and Commercial functions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams, to gather, analyze, and synthesize data for investor materials and communications.

  • Prepare and format presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.

  • Maintain and update internal and external communication channels, including company websites, press releases, and corporate announcements.

  • Draft, edit, and manage written communications for diverse audiences such as investor updates, branding materials, and internal content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, newsletters).

  • Support meeting and event coordination, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones.

  • Draft investor correspondence and manage follow-up communications after meetings.

  • Maintain accurate investor contact databases and documentation records.

  • Prepare, finalize, and facilitate the execution and distribution of legal and investor-related documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field required.

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in finance, investor relations, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Proactive, dependable, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with the commodities markets a plus, but not required.

  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-intensity environment including open-floor plan if applicable to the position, with timely responsiveness and the ability to work beyond normal business hours when required.
