About the department:


The Investor Relations team drives Lexington’s global fundraising, marketing and investor communications. The team of 21 professionals works across New York, London and Latin America, collaborating closely to support client coverage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors. Team members work in a fast‑paced, analytical environment and gain deep exposure to private equity strategies, global markets and senior leadership.

How will you add value?

Core Responsibilities:

  • You will prepare quarterly performance and attribution analysis for global portfolios.

  • You will support fundraising for secondary private equity and co‑investment strategies.

  • You will respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).

  • You will coordinate diligence and bespoke investor requests.

  • You will maintain analytics databases including TopQ, iLevel and internal systems.

  • You will update data for marketing materials and presentations.

  • You will prepare custom investor reports and performance packages.

Team & Collaboration:

  • You will support senior professionals with meeting materials and investor communications.

  • You will prepare analyses for investor meetings and annual events.

  • You will compile benchmarking and competitor performance reports.

  • You will analyze third‑party datasets to support insights.

  • You will contribute to project work and provide support to the global IR team.

What will help you be successful in this role?

Experience & Education:

  • 1–2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking or asset management.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

  • Strong academic track record.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

  • Experience with Alteryx or similar analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as DealCloud.

  • Strong data management and reporting capabilities.

Soft Skills:

  • Clear written and verbal communication.

  • High attention to detail and strong organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
