We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Investor Services Operations - IC2 to join our Investor Services team. This role is located in Boston MA

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Conduct, analyze, and report on transfer agency operations activities for clients of moderate complexity
• Lead client onboarding and internal conversions
• Conduct key metric reporting and provide oversight to daily Transfer Agency processes
• Assist management in day-to-day business operations by resolving escalated issues
• Review processes and procedures to reduce risk, enhance efficiency, and recommend modifications to improve productivity
• Apply key controls and processes to identify potential risk
• Lead project management initiatives and/or onboarding of new clients
• Develop relationships with technology and line of business teams as a Subject Matter Expert to develop business requirements and test development
• Analyze business data to identify trends to mitigate risk or enhance client relationships
• Identify new products and services to increase revenue and participate in client engagement regarding new products, services, or key business changes
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed and contribute to the achievement of team objectives

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
• Experience in transfer agency operations preferred
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• No direct people leadership required

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $80,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
