Your Role

  • Monitor and respond to platform alerts and production incidents in Unix/Linux environments.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and execute recovery actions to restore services quickly.
  • Coordinate with resolver teams and stakeholders to resolve operational incidents.
  • Maintain operational documentation, support records, and shift handover notes.
  • Escalate recurring or complex issues and contribute to platform stability improvements.

Your Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience supporting Unix/Linux environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Red Hat, Ubuntu, or CentOS administration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong command-line skills and knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Understanding monitoring tools, alert management, and incident response processes.
  • Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting production environments in a 24/7 operations model.
  • Knowledge of shell scripting (Bash).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with automation or configuration management tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring solutions.
