Your Role
A Guidewire Test Lead/Manager drives end-to-end QA for Guidewire applications using Playwright, ensuring high-quality delivery across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.

  • Test Strategy & Planning: Define test strategies and automation approach aligned with project goals
  • Automation & Tools: Build and maintain Playwright-based frameworks
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring delivery excellence
  • Execution & Monitoring: Oversee test cycles, track progress, and meet timelines
  • Defect Management: Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
  • Stakeholder Communication: Share quality metrics, risks, and release readiness
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance QA through automation and process improvements

Your Profile

  • Experience: 912 years in QA with Guidewire and Playwright expertise
  • Guidewire: Hands-on with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter
  • Automation: Strong Playwright automation framework experience
  • Leadership: Proven QA team management experience
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication across cross-functional teams
