Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our teams in Lisbon or Porto, to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications projects. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors and subcontractors, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Manage end-to-end telecom projects
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage relationships with mobile network operators,contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Oversee procurement activities and contractor performance.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and budget variances.

Your Profile

  • +5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferrably with experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects
  • Academic background in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or similar
  • Knowledge of mobile, roaming services, as well as experience managing telco sites
  • Operational management, client relationship building, and strategic problem-solving
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, CAPM or related certifications are valued);
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering results and fostering collaboration.
