Your Role
We are seeking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be accountable for the endtoend delivery of TA services across defined geographies or business units.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Endtoend TA service delivery across assigned scope, ensuring agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, risks, and service disruptions, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure recruitment processes are executed consistently and in line with agreed operating models and governance.
- Monitor hiring volumes, pipeline health, timetohire, quality, and candidate experience metrics.
Your Profile
- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition service delivery, RPO, or inhouse TA leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing TA operations at scale, including SLAbased delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leaders.
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary recruitment teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret TA metrics and translate insights into actions.
- Experience working in transformation, transition, or change environments is highly desirable.
