Your role

Manage and continuously improve Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring effective delivery, process excellence, and compliance with agreed standards. Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to optimize recruitment operations, drive process improvements, provide reporting, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Your tasks

  • Manage assigned process scope in line with Capgemini methodology and transition plan
  • Drive process excellence in HR / Talent Acquisition operations
  • Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities
  • Lead knowledge sharing sessions within and across teams
  • Gather, align, and track commitments related to process design, standardization, and technology enhancements
  • Monitor progress, risks, and deliverables; provide status reporting
  • Create, maintain, and update process documentation (process maps, procedures)
  • Act as main point of contact for client communication and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners
  • Continuously improve client satisfaction and service quality
  • Support Business as usual activities and service improvements
  • Develop, mentor, and coach junior team members
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and efficient team culture

Your profile

  • Valid experience of 4-6 years in HR domain
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Ability to handle complex Talent Acquisition issues raised by the client and propose effective, practical solutions
  • Experience in delivering timely and accurate endtoend Talent Acquisition activities, including candidate data management, requisition creation, screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and reporting
  • Capability to manage employee and candidate requests in line with agreed project deadlines and service levelsStrong focus on quality, ensuring high standards of deliverables and process compliance
  • Confident daily communication with the client via phone and email, including issue resolution and close cooperation with delivery team members
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate and uptodate process documentation
  • Willingness to actively share knowledge and collaborate closely with other team members
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in reporting and data interpretation.
  • Demonstrated team management or coordination skills, with the ability to support and guide others
