About The Role

We are looking for a motivated student to support our HR team with administrative tasks and contribute to improving our HR systems and processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of HR operations and IT systems.

You will play an active role in the migration of HR documents to eDox (SAP SuccessFactors), helping improve how we manage and structure our HR data.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and document management
  • Assist in the migration of HR files from SharePoint/Teams to eDox (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Ensure accuracy, structure, and consistency of HR documentation
  • Review and question current ways of working, suggesting improvements where relevant
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and external consultants involved in the project
  • Contribute to making our HR processes more efficient and digital

Your Profile

  • You are a student (Bachelor or Master), preferably in HR, Business, IT or a related field
  • You work independently and show a good level of maturity and ownership
  • You have a critical mindset and are not afraid to challenge existing processes
  • You take initiative and are eager to learn
  • You are IT-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools
  • Basic knowledge of HR is a plus, but not required
