Job Description:

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and Spanish-speaking stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to closure.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and support).
  • Track progress and provide regular status updates and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
  • Identify and resolve issues or risks proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Strong understanding of project/program management principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing projects involving crossfunctional coordination and customer interaction.
  • Ability to evaluate complex information and provide effective, creative solutions.
  • Advanced analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and resolving conflicts across teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholdermanagement, and clientfacing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while delivering highquality outcomes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software deployments, capital equipment installations, or system integration projects is a plus.
