Job Description:
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and Spanish-speaking stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to closure.
- Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and support).
- Track progress and provide regular status updates and reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues or risks proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Strong understanding of project/program management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Proven experience managing projects involving crossfunctional coordination and customer interaction.
