YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager at Sogeti, you will lead the delivery of complex IT projects and programmes, ensuring successful outcomes for clients through effective planning, governance, stakeholder management, and risk control. Working across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders, you will drive projects from initiation through to completion while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring delivery meets agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Accountable for development, execution, monitoring and control of project plans, including verification and validation of project deliverables quality
  • Successfully manage multi-site, multi-vendor, external and internal projects within schedule, scope, budget and quality parameters
  • Identify, communicate, mitigate and manage risks and issues for successful project delivery
  • Manage ongoing programs as assigned to ensure all objectives meet client expectations, service level agreements and contractual obligations
  • Develop project proposals and offer recommendations for improvement through automation, process design and human capital management
  • Contribute to overall PMO initiatives as directed, regardless of specific program or agency assignment
  • Accountable for internal and external project progress reporting as prescribed by the Program Management Office standards and executive leadership
  • Develop and deliver formal communications (briefings, reports, etc.) with executive stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong client, customer and account team relationships
  • Undertake annual continuous education, training and awareness to ensure understanding of technological change

YOUR PROFILE

  • 4+ years experience managing complex IT projects and programmes, with the ability to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior client decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong track record of driving business process improvements and delivering successful project outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practice
  • Relevant certifications and experience in IT infrastructure project management, ITIL, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma would be considered an advantage.
