Your Role

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and success criteria
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) including developers, architects, and SMEs
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, best practices, and quality standards
  • Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and decision-making
  • Provide regular status reporting and executive updates

Your Profile

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing Agile and/or hybrid delivery models
  • Ability to balance technical delivery with business outcomes
