  • Ensure service availability, performance, and incident resolution.
  • Lead continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze customer feedback to refine services.
  • Collaborate with Service Owners and Stakeholders to simplify the application/infrastructure landscape.
  • Resolve Service Run issues and meet SLAs.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver services with a customer-first attitude.

Your Profile

  • 12+ years in service delivery management (application/infrastructure support).
  • Proven experience in Service Run activities, project delivery, and data mining.
  • Strong background in customer advocacy, conflict resolution, and quality control.
  • 8+ years in customer service and project management.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
