Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across enterprise applications and cloud-hosted platforms. This role requires a hands-on analyst who can independently investigate issues across application, integration, database, cloud, and reporting layers while partnering closely with development, architecture, QA, support, and business teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead defect triage, issue investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution management across enterprise systems.

  • Own tickets and production issues from intake through closure, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.

  • Investigate issues related to code, configurations, integrations, data quality, reporting logic, and business processes.
  • Validate fixes, perform impact analysis, and ensure closure confirmation.
  • Document findings, root cause details, business impact assessments, remediation actions, and validation outcomes.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 to 193,440
