About The Job Youre Considering

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives while also providing business analysis support across key programs. This role requires a strong leader who can successfully manage cross-functional teams, drive project execution, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and ensure the successful delivery of customer-facing digital products and platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Agile project delivery environments, strong business analysis capabilities, and a proven track record of managing enterprise-scale web, mobile, eCommerce, or customer experience programs

Your Role

Project Management (70%)

  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Lead the successful execution of complex projects across multiple workstreams and teams.
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Design, PMO, business teams, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, leadership reviews, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure commitments, deliverables, and milestones are achieved on time.
  • Support release planning, deployment readiness, cutover planning, and implementation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards, project methodologies, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder communications proactively and provide escalation management when necessary.
  • Monitor project health, budgets, resource allocation, schedules, and delivery performance.
  • Champion Agile delivery best practices while adapting to hybrid delivery environments as needed.

Business Analysis (30%)

  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Create and maintain:User stories, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Process flows, Functional requirements, Acceptance criteria
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and grooming activities.
  • Translate business objectives and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements for engineering and development teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Validate delivered functionality and ensure alignment with business expectations and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution as needed.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience leading Agile delivery initiatives.
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience within technology-driven environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex digital, web, mobile, eCommerce, or customer experience programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including executives.
  • Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Business organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools including:Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Similar enterprise delivery tools
  • Strong planning, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), Retail, Hospitality, eCommerce, or Digital Commerce industries.
  • Experience supporting large-scale customer-facing web and mobile platform initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of:APIs and system integrations , Digital ordering platforms, Loyalty and rewards programs, Customer engagement technologies, Omnichannel commerce solutions
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440
