About the Role
Join a cross-functional Scrum team focused on building Client's next-generation embedded payroll platform. You'll work closely with Engineers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Team Leads within a collaborative Agile environment.
Team Structure
- Immediate team:
- 7-8 Software Engineers
- 3-4 QA Engineers
- 2-3 Business Analysts
- 1 Team Lead
- Wider organization:
- Collaboration with 2 additional Scrum teams of similar size
Must-Have Skills
- Strong commercial experience with C#
- Experience with Node.js
- Hands-on experience with DocumentDB (DocDB)
- Experience working with Amazon Aurora DB
- Proficiency with GitHub
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with payroll, fintech, or embedded services/products
- Experience working in distributed, cross-functional teams
- Exposure to cloud-based architectures and microservices
