YOUR ROLE

• Participate in the design, evolution, and optimization of Core IP and Datacenter network infrastructures.
• Implement, operate, and support core, distribution, and datacenter network solutions.
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting and incident resolution in production environments.
• Execute network changes, including routing modifications and infrastructure updates.
• Support firewall administration and network security-related activities.
• Contribute to international connectivity, peering, and interconnection initiatives.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to ensure infrastructure stability, availability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate technical activities across multiple teams when required.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Engineering within ISP, Telecom, or Service Provider environments.
• Proven experience with Core IP and Datacenter networks.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Routing & Switching
  • BGP
  • MPLS
  • VXLAN
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Huawei network environments.
• Experience in network design, implementation, and operational support.
• Solid understanding of firewalls and network security concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments.
• Experience producing technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and autonomous mindset.
• Fluency in Portuguese.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with ISP or Telecom operators delivering Internet and Television services.
• Knowledge of:
  • FTTH
  • OLT
  • IPTV
  • NAGRA environments
• Experience with international peering and connectivity services.
• Hands-on experience with firewall technologies in enterprise or service provider environments.
• Basic knowledge of network automation and scripting.
• Technical proficiency in English.
