Your Profile
- Develop and maintain the organizations data architecture strategy.
- Design robust, high-performance solutions across Big Data, Relational, NoSQL, and OLAP platforms.
- Lead the architecture and development of data warehouses and business intelligence platforms.
- Define and implement data modeling standards and practices.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Champion data quality and consistency across systems.
- Implement metadata management, data lineage, and master data management frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives.
- Provide technical thought leadership and mentorship to junior data professionals.
- Coordinate with application development teams for data sourcing and integration.
- Evaluate and implement emerging data technologies.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for data architecture evolution.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and vendor evaluations.
Your Skills
- Proficiency in SQL Server / Synapse, Analysis Services / Power BI, ETL Data Factory, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Experience with cloud platforms like GCP.
- Scripting experience in Python as a plus.
