Your role
As an MS Dynamics 365 Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting financial and supply chain operations through analysis, reporting, and optimization initiatives. You will leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to manage financial and operational data, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making. Working closely with finance, procurement, supply chain, and IT teams, you will help improve cost efficiency, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous process improvements across global operations.
Your project
Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.
Your tasks
- conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and supply chain decision-making;
- prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on costs, inventory performance, and financial KPIs;
- analyze variances between planned and actual costs and recommend corrective actions;
- support budget planning and monitor supply chain expenditures to improve efficiency and profitability;
- evaluate vendor costs, pricing, and commercial terms to identify optimization opportunities;
- utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to manage financial and operational data and generate business insights;
- ensure compliance with financial regulations and proactively identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.
Your profile
- minimum 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance in finance, controlling, or ERP-related roles;
- strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and data interpretation;
- hands-on experience using ERP systems for financial management, reporting, and process optimization;
- good understanding of supply chain, procurement, cost control, and financial planning processes;
- excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional and international teams;
- bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and relevant certifications are an advantage;
- willingness to travel internationally (approximately 5 trips per year, 1-2 weeks each).
