Your Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Client-oriented mindset with stakeholder management ability
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Experience in banking operations, settlements, or financial markets (preferred)
  • Proactive, organised, and team-oriented

Your Role

Within the Banking Operations Department (Settlements area), you will support trade settlement activities in the primary market, focusing on Fixed Income instruments. You will act as a key intermediary between the bank and clients, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and accurately across global markets.

Main responsibilities:

  • Request and validate required documentation for transactions
  • Act as the main point of contact between the bank and clients
  • Initiate and finalize trade settlement processes
  • Analyse client eligibility and execute transactions accordingly
  • Manage high volumes of requests with shifting priorities (multitasking)
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operations
