Your Role:
Enable high-performing, self-organising teams that consistently deliver against agreed outcomes and business priorities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement
Act as a servant leader, embedding Agile principles and fostering a culture of accountability and trust
Proactively identify and remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum and team focus
Partner with Product Owners to ensure prioritised, well-defined backlogs that maximise value delivery

Ensure delivery aligns with governance, risk, and regulatory expectations within a controlled environment

Your Skills:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong foundation in Agile delivery across complex programmes
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile approaches
Strong leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to coach teams towards high performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technology audiences
Experience managing risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination in regulated environments
Ability to drive continuous improvement and embed outcome-focused delivery practices
Relevant Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or SAFe)
Experience within financial services or similarly regulated industries
Awareness of emerging AI-driven delivery practices and their application in Agile environments
