Full Job Description
At Capgemini, as a Senior SAP WM/LE Consultant, you will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of advanced warehouse and logistics solutions for top-tier clients in Mexico. Acting as a functional expert and trusted advisor, you will drive end-to-end SAP WM/LE implementations and enhancements, ensuring scalable, high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.
You will own the full lifecycle from BRD/FDD definition and estimations to configuration, testing, and user enablement while collaborating in an Agile, cross-functional environment. This role also contributes to innovation initiatives, including Bartender server upgrades, labeling solutions, and continuous process optimization across the logistics landscape.
What you can expect in this role
- Lead SAP WM/LE implementations, rollouts, and complex enhancements across supply chain processes
- Define and document BRDs and FDDs, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Configure SAP WM/LE processes, including storage location setup, bin-to-bin transfers, picking, packing, handling units, replenishment, and movement types
- Ensure integration across WM, IM, MM, PP, and SD (Delivery & Shipment) functionalities
- Drive testing strategy and execution, including test scripts, E2E validation, and UAT support
- Contribute to Bartender labeling software upgrades, migrations, and label/printing integrations (RF/scanning devices)
- Optimize goods receipt and shipment processes, batch management for BOM, and IM output determination
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery and defect resolution
- Enable business users through training, documentation, and adoption support
- Operate within Agile delivery models, ensuring efficient estimations, prioritization, and continuous improvement
- Support managed services and production environments, following ITSM/ITIL practices (incident, change, problem management)
Your Profile
- Deep expertise in SAP WM/LE configuration, including cross-module integration (WM, IM, MM, PP, SD) and complex logistics scenarios
- Experience with SAP implementations and rollouts, with the ability to handle medium to highly complex enhancements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value (in English)
- Familiarity with Bartender labeling software (Seagull Scientific) and RF/scanning device processes; exposure to carrier integration tools is a plus
- Self-driven, adaptable professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional collaboration
