Your Role

  • Lead SAP AD (mainly new world SAP S/4) deals with global scope (5 to 50 M Euros), taking end-to-end responsibility for SAP solutioning and bid responses.
  • Appropriately position and promote Capgemini SAP offers and assets in the opportunity context while working closely with customers.
  • Drive solution strategy by working with account teams, sales teams, partners, and subject matter experts.
  • Lead planning and estimation activities for SAP Business Transformation solutions.
  • Drive pre-sales activities including bid responses, RFPs, and client presentations.
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA RISE adoption initiatives as part of digital transformation programs.

Your Profile

  • 15+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in at least one functional area such as R2R, O2C, P2P, or SCM, along with strong SAP Solution Integration knowledge and pre-sales experience.
  • Experience leading large strategic SAP deals exceeding €10M.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP core modules such as FICO, P2P, O2C, SCM, or SAP technical streams
  • Experience leading SAP projects valued between €10M and €15M.
  • Expert understanding of SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, sizing, architecture, configuration, management, and SAP S/4HANA operations.
  • Broad functional understanding and deep process expertise in at least one business domain
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for client workshops and deal shaping
  • SAP S/4HANA Certification preferred.
