Your Role - Job Role

As a SAP WFS Consultant, you will :
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation and rewards processes.
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
  • Design annual compensation review cycles including merit, promotion, adjustment, and bonus planning.Configure compensation worksheets, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, and planner permissions.
  • Develop and maintain compensation templates, route maps, and workflows.
  • Configure Variable Pay plans, bonus calculations, and payout formulas.
  • Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to define salary structures and compensation strategies.
  • Support integration between Compensation, Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

  • Minimum 610 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation implementation.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and rewards processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
