Join Capgemini as a SAP PM Lead consultant and drive excellence in enterprise asset management for our clients through innovative solutions crafting and strategic leadership and vision, optimizing asset performance for sustainable business success.

Your Role

• SAP PM Configuration: Configure and customize PM to align with maintenance processes and business requirements
• Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and manage strategies, including work order scheduling, to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset lifecycles
• Data Management: Maintain accurate master data, equipment records, and maintenance task lists within SAP PM to support informed decision-making and efficient maintenance operations
• Business knowledge of maintenance and service processes, and strategic asset management
• End-user Training and Support: Ensure they can effectively use SAP PM for their daily maintenance activities
• Team Management: mentor junior PM consultants of various levels of expertise; providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and contribute to project success

Your profile

• 5+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance configuration, implementation and optimization
• Analytical problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose innovative solutions
• Knowledge of QM, EH&S, MRS, Work Force Management, Logistics, S/4HANA Service or CRM is an added value
• Result-driven & focused on delivering quality
• Fluency in Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
