Your Role

  • 4+ years of experience as an SAP FSCM Functional Consultant with expertise in FI-AR, FSCM Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management across ECC and S/4HANA environments.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects, including Credit Check Rules, DCD configuration, Scoring Models, Credit Limit Management, Collection Strategies, Promise-to-Pay, and Dispute Resolution workflows.
  • Strong exposure to SAP Fiori Apps/Tiles, RICEFW objects, Functional Specifications (FS), IDocs, third-party interfaces, and collaboration with technical teams for custom FSCM developments.
  • Extensive knowledge of FI-AR, AP, AA, GL, Intercompany Billing, Banking, DMEE, EBS, Lockbox, and S/4HANA best practices, including key differences between ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Experienced in configuring workflows, risk classes, credit segments, advanced credit management integrations, and FSCM process optimization for business users.

Your Profile

  • Lead configuration and support activities for SAP FSCM Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management modules in ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.
  • Gather business requirements, prepare Functional Specifications (FS), manage RICEFW developments, and coordinate with technical consultants for custom solutions and integrations.
  • Configure and enhance Credit Management processes including Credit Checks, Scoring Rules, Credit Limits, DCD, Risk Categories, and third-party credit rating interfaces.
  • Implement and support Collections and Dispute Management processes, including collection strategies, customer contact management, resubmissions, promise-to-pay tracking, and dispute workflows.
  • Drive SAP Fiori adoption, system improvements, testing, user training, and production support while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and business requirements.
