Your role

  • Maintain deal support activities that sustain a sales opportunity flow in configuration, pricing, approvals and providing of a quotation to a customer for future orders;
  • Responsible for reviewing customer agreements and processing new and add-on software purchases;
  • Working together with clients commercial team on Quoting and Order processing;
  • Analyze customer contracts to ensure that the structure of pricing and licensing are consistent with price lists and company policies;
  • Proper delivery of documents to stakeholders and gathering information to perform analysis on how to best operationalize and respond to queries;
  • Ability to undertake order clean-up and adherence to approval matrix for non-standard T&C.

Your profile

  • English B2 (minimum) and Baccalaureate diploma (mandatory);
  • Previous experience with client interaction, in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Invoice Processor, etc.;
  • Familiar with Excel and other tools that help extract relevant info for a specific activity. Knowledge of operating with ticketing tools is a plus;
  • Understanding of how contracts are structured;
  • Know the value of process standardization and optimization;
  • Strong communication and team skills, leadership, and initiative.
