Let's Talk About the Role & Responsibilities
Were looking for Project Managers at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our team delivering projects across the mining and heavy industry sector.
Youll manage defined projects or workstreams within larger programs, ensuring delivery outcomes are achieved within established scope, governance, and commercial frameworks. This is a hands-on role suited to professionals who thrive in operational, safety-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of projects/workstreams (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and dependencies
- Coordinate delivery across client, internal, and vendor teams
- Track and manage risks, issues, and actions, escalating where required
- Prepare status reports and governance artefacts
- Monitor costs, support forecasting and budget tracking
- Engage stakeholders and provide clear, regular communication
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Support continuous improvement and lessons learned
About You
- Experience in project management or project coordination
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within structured delivery frameworks
- Ability to manage risks, issues, and reporting
- Ideally experience in mining, resources, energy, or heavy industry
- Exposure to operational improvements, or technology deployments
- Familiarity with multi-vendor or complex delivery environments
