Your Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects across global sites.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and business readiness.
• Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting.
• Partner with business leaders, operations, quality, and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive governance, communication, training, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT project delivery, service management, or digital transformation programs or organizational change management.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps or Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 Suite and SharePoint and Power BI.
• Experience with MES, LIMS or Veeva Platforms.
• Experience in Risk, Issue, Budget, and Resource Management; Change Management, Business Readiness, and Stakeholder Engagement.
• Knowledge in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and manufacturing-related technology projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
