You will join a specialised team delivering Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) projects in the Life Sciences sector. Working at Capgemini Engineering in Belgium means being part of a team that values scientific rigour, regulatory excellence, and technological innovation all in service of improving patient outcomes.

We are seeking a Project Manager with LIMS (LabWare) experience to lead laboratory technology transformation projects within a GxP-regulated environment in Belgium.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Overseeing LabWare LIMS implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines in compliance with GxP requirements
  • Collaborating with laboratory, quality assurance, and IT teams to define system requirements, manage validation activities, and ensure successful user acceptance testing
  • Managing vendor relationships and third-party contributors, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality standards
  • Driving project communication through structured reporting, stakeholder updates, and governance meetings with client leadership
  • Supporting change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption across laboratory operations

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, and bring at least 3 years of experience managing LIMS or laboratory technology projects in a regulated environment
  • You are knowledgeable about LabWare LIMS or equivalent platforms, and understand laboratory workflows, data integrity requirements, and GxP validation processes
  • You are a clear communicator who can bridge the gap between scientific users and technical developers, ensuring all parties remain aligned throughout the project
  • You are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and experienced in managing validation documentation including URS, FS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
  • You are fluent in English; French or Dutch is considered an asset
