Job Title: Market Data Project Manager

About the Job you are considering:

We are looking for an experienced Market Data Project Manager with strong domain knowledge across Capital Markets and Financial Data. The role focuses on delivering complex market data and data platform programmes, working closely with business, technology, and data stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Lead and deliver complex programmes within Investment Banking and Capital Markets
  • Manage market data and data platform transformation initiatives, including centralised data platforms
  • Coordinate across Business, Technology, Data, and Vendor teams
  • Drive project governance, planning, execution, and risk management
  • Operate effectively across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

Your Skills

  • Strong understanding of market data across asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives
  • Experience working with market data vendors, data feeds, APIs, and distribution platforms
  • Good understanding of pricing data, reference data, and real-time data flows.
  • Proven experience delivering complex programmes within Investment Banking and Capital Markets
  • Strong experience in data platform or data transformation programmes preferably centralised data platforms like MDS.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Understanding of data architecture, data platforms, and integration patterns
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools
