In this role you will get a chance to develop the specific knowledge in one subprocess area and will participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. You will perform tasks in line with the written procedures under close supervision

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Manage customer queries and dispute reslosution
  • Prepares payment batches and post to correct companies
  • Applies payment and code correctly to ensure line item payment & reconciliation
  • Copies and codes large volumes of deductions
  • Extracts bank account statements on a daily basis for cash application purposes

YOUR PROFILE

  • Preferred CPG industry, good in communication and e-mail writing skills
  • Perform reportimg automatiom initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn the process specifics within selected process area
  • Analyse day to day issues of a practical nature and resolves them
