Job role
- 1015 years of Supply Chain Planning experience, including 58 years in Oracle Planning Cloud.
- Must have led multiple assessments, planning maturity evaluations, and full-scale Planning transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of planning processes: statistical forecasting, MPS/MRP, constrained planning, S&OP cycles, demand shaping, and supply-demand balancing.
- Experience leading global planning transformations across multicountry or multiBU organizations.
- Strong functional configuration and troubleshooting skills
- Analytical mindset with strong command over Planning KPIs and statistical forecasting concepts
- Strong storytelling and executivelevel presentation skills
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions
- Familiarity with OIC, APIs, and integration frameworks (functional understanding)
- Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments with high ownership
