Your role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Consultant / Solution Architect with strong expertise across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in SCM and Finance domains, with proven experience in ERP implementation, solution design, integrations, stakeholder management, and modern DevSecOps delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle ERP solution design across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
Provide techno-functional expertise across key business areas, especially Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance / Financials
Drive solution architecture, integration design, and end-to-end implementation planning.
Design and support integrations between Oracle ERP and external enterprise systems.
Participate in ERP implementation lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, architects, developers, testers, and delivery teams.
Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational best practices.
Support DevSecOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, release management, automation, and environment governance.
Provide guidance on technical design, configuration, customization, data migration, and integration approaches.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate solution options, risks, dependencies, and recommendations effectively.

Your profile

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ERP platforms, including Oracle E-Business Suite / EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Proven techno-functional experience in SCM and Finance modules.
  • At least one full-cycle ERP implementation project experience, where Oracle was the core ERP platform.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle.
  • Deep solution architecture experience across ERP, integrations, data, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong integration design capability, including experience with APIs, middleware, file-based integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices in an enterprise delivery environment.
  • Good understanding of secure delivery practices, release automation, environment management, and deployment governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work with both technical and business teams in a complex enterprise environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on large-scale transformation or ERP modernization programs.
  • Knowledge of Oracle integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware platforms.
  • Experience with reporting, data migration, reconciliation, and interface design.
  • Understanding of cloud ERP architecture and hybrid landscapes involving Oracle EBS and Fusion.
  • Exposure to Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience in managing design workshops, solution walkthroughs, and business process alignment sessions.
  • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans during ERP delivery.
