We are looking for a MarTech AdTech Architect to work hybrid not remote to lead architecture design and technical delivery on a large-scale retail media and data transformation program. You will own the end-to-end technical architecture across ad serving, identity resolution, measurement, analytics, and cloud data platforms, serving as the single technical authority on the engagement. You will work directly with client stakeholders and govern an offshore delivery team, making architecture decisions across modern ad tech platforms, cloud-native data infrastructure, and attribution and measurement systems in a fast-moving agile environment.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Own end-to-end solution architecture across ad serving, data pipelines, identity, measurement, and reporting

Lead technical discovery translating business requirements into architecture decisions and integration specifications

Define API contracts, data schemas, and integration standards across all engineering workstreams

Govern offshore teams architecture reviews, sprint ceremonies, vendor technical coordination

Produce and maintain Architecture Decision Records, solution design documents, and data flow diagrams throughout delivery

Ad Technology Platforms

Architect API-first retail media ad servers auction logic, ad unit configuration, product catalogue feed pipelines, and DSP demand connections

Design onsite ad serving infrastructure for sponsored products, Product Listing Ads, display, video, and native formats

Lead ad platform migration architecture parallel running strategies, tag migration approaches, and zero-downtime cutover plans

Configure programmatic demand integrations The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt preserving programmatic revenue at cutover

Define order management, campaign trafficking, and self-serve advertiser portal workflows on the target platform

Measurement, Attribution & Analytics Architecture

Design closed-loop attribution frameworks connecting ad exposures to purchase transactions across loyalty and transactional data sources

Architect incrementality testing and A/B experimentation infrastructure test design, holdout group management, and statistical validation

Define CPG-facing reporting data models ROAS, new-to-brand, share of voice, sales lift built natively on the data warehouse layer

Design clean room collaboration architecture for privacy-safe CPG measurement matching brand data against retailer audiences without PII exposure

Architect multi-touch attribution models and define impression-to-conversion event pipelines from ad servers into the analytics layer

Define self-serve analytics and insight delivery patterns for CPG brand partners

Data, Cloud & Identity Architecture

Architect cloud-native data platforms on GCP and/or AWS ingestion, transformation, event streaming, and cross-platform data sharing

Design Snowflake environments data modelling, zero-copy integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud (CDP), and Snowflake Native Apps

Architect identity resolution pipelines synonymous ID production, local encoder configuration on GCP or Snowflake, and downstream activation flows

Design first-party audience pipelines from loyalty and transactional data sources into ad targeting and measurement systems

Define data governance frameworks PII handling, consent management, data classification, lineage, and observability standards

Required Experience

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $119,392 to $174,088.
