Your role

As a P2P Business Transformation Manager, you will lead large-scale finance transformation programs, helping clients redesign operating models, optimize processes, and implement technology-driven solutions across the Procure-to-Pay landscape. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will drive end-to-end transformation initiatives from strategy and solution design through implementation, delivering measurable business outcomes and sustainable change.

Your tasks

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of project scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
• Design and implement transformation initiatives across Procure-to-Pay processes, operating models, and enabling technologies.
• Assess process and technology maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on transformation strategies, solution options, and business value realization.
• Drive ERP, automation, intelligent automation, and process improvement initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder discussions to build alignment and accelerate decision-making.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies, benchmarking, and best practices to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Support business development activities, including proposal creation, client presentations, pursuits, and transformation solution shaping.

Your profile

• You have 11+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, including Accounts Payable, Master Data, Payments, and T&E, with a strong focus on business transformation and continuous improvement.
• You have successfully led complex transformation programs, with end-to-end accountability for project delivery, teams, budgets, timelines, and outcomes.
• You bring experience as a Cross-Stream Project Lead, Multi-Tower Solution Lead, or similar transformation leadership role.
• You have a proven track record in designing and implementing process, operating model, and technology transformations across Finance organizations.
• You can confidently build business cases, shape transformation strategies, influence senior stakeholders, and present recommendations at executive level.
• You have experience supporting transformation pursuits, RFP/RFX responses, solution design, and value-driven consulting engagements.
• You have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle, as well as P2P technologies such as Ariba, Coupa, OpenText, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
• You combine strong analytical, consulting, process improvement, and storytelling skills with expertise in automation, RPA, GenAI, and emerging transformation technologies.
