As a Lead Technical Consultant in our D365 CE Operations team, youll work closely with clients to keep their systems running smoothly monitoring performance, resolving issues quickly and making sure theyre getting real value day-to-day. At the same time, youll build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor, helping clients spot opportunities to improve and get more out of their Dynamics platform. This includes proactively identifying issues before they arise, recommending enhancements, and continuously refining solutions to better support their business goals.

You will play a key role in:

  • Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions that genuinely fit how clients work
  • Owning delivery end-to-end from understanding requirements through to build, testing and go-live
  • Acting as a go-to advisor for clients, helping them get more out of their platforms over time
  • Supporting and troubleshooting live environments to keep things running smoothly
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and spotting opportunities to improve their systems

Your profile:

  • Solid experience (5+ years) working with Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform in a client-facing role
  • Strong technical skills across configuration, development and solution design
  • Experience working in support environments (incidents, releases, changes the usual)
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and translating business needs into practical solutions
  • A proactive mindset someone who enjoys problem-solving, adding value and taking ownership
