Lead Frontend Developer

Your Role
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of frontend developers through code reviews, coaching, and technical guidance.
- Define and enforce frontend development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality user interfaces.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Drive technical decision-making, technology selection, and frontend roadmap planning.
- Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, and performance monitoring.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project estimation activities.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in frontend web development.
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Context API, NgRx, Pinia, etc.).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
