Your role

Lead the support, enhancement, and operational stability of enterprise data warehouse platforms supporting critical banking products and analytics workloads. Responsible for technical leadership, incident management, platform reliability, and mentoring engineering teams.

  • Lead operational support for ETL and Data Warehouse environments.
  • Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Review solution designs and support implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Coach engineering teams and establish operational best practices.
  • Support cloud modernization initiatives across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, data controls, and change management processes.
