Your role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of Windows-based infrastructure, helping ensure systems are stable, secure, and running smoothly. As part of the team, you work closely with other engineers to resolve issues, maintain core services, and support critical business environments. You take an active role in troubleshooting, improving system performance, and keeping the environment up to date.

Your tasks

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server (2012-2025) environments
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Perform server installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot Wintel infrastructure issues
  • Support and maintain VMware virtualized environments
  • Ensure security compliance through patching and system hardening
  • Collaborate with network, security, backup, and application teams
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery activities, maintain documentation, and follow ITIL/ITSM processes

Your profile

  • Proven experience in Windows Server administration
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and core Windows services
  • Experience with VMware or other virtualization technologies
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell) and understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting and communication skills and fluent knowledge of English (B2+ level)
  • Understanding of security best practices and knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes is a plus
  • Microsoft certifications and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) are an advantages.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/5 shift model with morning shifts during the weekends included
