YOUR ROLE

  • Support testing, commissioning, and validation activities for railway systems and infrastructure.
  • Execute test plans and verify that hardware systems perform according to their design and engineering specifications.
  • Perform on-site testing, including electrical schematic analysis, continuity tests, signal verification, and system validation.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and the preparation of technical reports and test documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams during system integration and commissioning phases.
  • Contribute to laboratory testing and validation activities when required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements while working both on-site and in the lab.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical course or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • Electrical background preferred; candidates with a mechanical background and a good understanding of electrical system flows are also welcome.
  • Experience or interest in testing, commissioning, validation, or troubleshooting activities.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and follow test procedures.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and work in field environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Based in Lisbon/Greater Lisbon area or available to work in Oeiras.
